You need to open the pieWIFI timer to end your session.

If you forget to log out, after 15 minutes of inactivity the kiosk will automatically end your session and any remaining credit (including 15 minutes inactivity) will be returned to your account.

When you started your wifi session, a popup window should have appeared which displays the wifi timer. If it did not the most likely reason is because you have popups blocked.
